CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT- A Non Refundable deposit is required for all bookings and will go towards your final cost CANCELLATIONS- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations that meet this requirement will have their deposits transferred to their rescheduled appointment. Any Cancellations that happen after the 24 hour notice mark will be considered a last minute cancellation and deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR BOOKED SERVICES TOTAL AND FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSITS! LATE POLICY- A 10 minute grace period is given if you are running late after 11 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered a last minute cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited
